Genevieve Allard-Seales, right, with her sister Sabina Allard

GENEVIEVE AN INSPIRATION TO US ALL!
What if you went shopping for an old year's night outfit and while trying on your gown of choice you feel an abnormal mass under your arm? What would you do in that moment? What would you do next? What thoughts would inundate your mind? Would your New Year's Eve shindig even matter at that moment in time?
What if you were subsequently diagnosed with cancer and needed immediate surgery, followed by months of intensive treatment, how would you handle it? How would you process this 'life interrupt'?
Would you retreat, give up on life? Would you wallow in misery? What would you do?
Life throws us these altering moments and it is in these moments, we are literally forced to make most important decisions with the utmost precision as they can either make or break us, literally!
Not everyone is brave and equipped with an unwavering faith and spiritual fortitude to overcome every step of the way.
Genevieve looked straight into the eye of this storm and announced, I AM THE STORM! And let God take full control!
This was her fate a few months ago, specifically April of this year. Fortunately for Genevieve, her only daughter is a Senior Surgical Oncologist in New York and every step of this cancerous odyssey, she procured the best of the best medical minds to turn water into wine!
It is Christmas and Genevieve is back home, taking charge of her life again, of course being very meticulous with her daily chores but to see her at Royal Hotel two weekends ago at Mojito and Mistletoe All-Inclusive, singing alongside her sisters with Dinámicos was so awe-inspiring and from where I stood, perfect. Knowing her journey during the past year, to see our friend in full form....party done!
She overcame! She survived the worst challenge of her life and she did it with grace, faith and a smile every step of the way.
We are all happy and grateful that Genevieve Allard-Seales is fantastically healthy, happy and beaming with gratitude to her daughter, family and friends and to God for being profoundly present through it all.
She fought the good fight! She finished this race with grace; she kept her faith in tact!

 Congratulations Genevieve! You did it!
